Shipping and Returns
Shipping
CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and T-shirts are usually dispatched by mail 2-3 days after payment is received. Orders are shipped no later than 10 days after the order is placed, though usually much sooner. Shipping is from our warehouse in Hamburg, and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
A "standard" order of CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and T-shirts is usually shipped as small parcel/economy mail (Warenpost/Kleinpaket).
If an order includes a vinyl record or the total weight exceeds 1 kg, the order will be shipped as a parcel. This takes a bit longer and costs more. The same applies to hoodies/sweaters: orders containing hoodies/sweaters are always shipped as a parcel — even if CDs or T-shirts are included as well.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for small parcel/economy mail (CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, T-shirts) range from €4.00 to €12.00 depending on the destination region.
Shipping costs for parcel shipments (orders containing vinyl, hoodies/sweaters, or a total weight over 1 kg) range from €7.50 to €18.00 depending on the destination country.
Returns
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for shrink-wrapped, undamaged CDs / DVDs / Blu-rays / vinyl records, as well as unused clothing items. A period of 14 days applies. Unwrapped/opened media are excluded from exchange.
